Let the Nature beats
In music, notes start and stop and there is a rhythm. Like that, there is a rhythmic pattern in our nature too...The Earth rhythm…
Have you heard this before? You might have heard of many voices in the nature…but you might not have noticed their rhythm. You can see it in a flower, a leaf; a bird’s call…The movement of trees... where there is a uniform rhythmic movement pattern can be seen….. Natural daily rhythms and the moon, the changes in temperature from day to night and from season to season…Just turn to yourself…Listen to your own heart beat…your breath.. Our lives are orchestrated or guided by these rhythms both inside and outside…
Circadian rhythms are the body's natural rhythms. These send out signals and have an impact on every part of our lives; for example, they control when we get up, sleep, and how active we are, as well as how much energy we have. They influence our feelings and our ways of socializing. Because these circadian rhythms are as consistent as clockwork, humans are said to have a body clock. Our lives have their own rhythms, starting from birth. Aging is a normal part of life. From birth to death, humans go through a life cycle that includes babyhood, childhood, adolescence, adulthood, parenthood, and ageing. When our rhythms are in sync, life flows easily – we have more energy and tend to view things more positively, and we are more socially connected and find life more satisfying.
Many people live disconnected from nature's and their own bodies' inherent rhythms and cycles. Their way of life is so fast-paced that it doesn't matter if it's night or day, winter or summer. The moon's phases go unseen. Even their own life phases go unnoticed. Their lives are in a state of arrhythmia due to their irregular and hectic lifestyles. Arrhythmia is a term used to describe abnormalities in the normal rhythm. People who suffer from life arrhythmia have bodies and minds that are out of sync with the natural environment and the natural rhythms that govern all life.
In this hectic world, out of balance lives are more common. This state of deviance from nature appears natural to them. They've never known what it's like to live in sync with earth's rhythms. All civilizations have traditionally lived in tune with natural rhythms and cycles, incorporating celebrations, festivals, and outdoor events to highlight their occurrence. The majority of these have vanished as a result of our modern consumerist, success-oriented lifestyles.
Development and progress are needed in a fast-moving world. But we need to pause for a while and think how we can contribute to maintain the rhythm of the nature as the same before... We can revive these rhythms by adopting the sustainable development models. Sustainable development is defined as development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.
